The Act 266 also mentions that the funds collected by Indian government from income tax collections and the debt loan repayment fund, collectively called as public fund. All future funds are deposited into this public fund by the executives under the jurisdiction of administrative office governed by the controller general of accounts. The Act also mentions the responsibility of the Controller General of Accounts towards the supervision of the public fund.
